I have compiled a list of resources that I think are useful. Please e-mail me to let me know is you have any additions to suggest or if a link changed.

• National Youth Leadership Network - A youth-led disability organization that hosts teleconferences on many disability issues and has many resources for students with disabilities.

• DO-IT, University of Washington - DO-IT (Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking, Technology) has many programs and resources that support student with disabilities transition from high school to college and challenging careers.

• Adolescent Health Transition Project - A resource about healthcare transition for youth with disabilities and special healthcare needs. This project is at the University of Washington.

• WA Divison of Vocational Rehabilitation - Resources to help people with disabilities gain skills needed for successful employment.

• WWU Disability Outreach Center - A student-run office focusing on promoting disability and a safe place to talk about disability issues.
