Daman Wandke, MBA, is the Founder and CEO of Wandke Consulting. Beyond his role at Wandke Consulting, Daman is greatly involved in the disability community. As someone living with a disability, Daman applies his unique perspectives on accessibility to create effective consulting practices for organizations aiming to be more inclusive. On top of his life of disability advocacy and entrepreneurship, Daman is an avid traveler and bicyclist.

Kyann Flint is a passionate advocate for the disability community. As a person with a disability, Kyann lives life with the motto of “Defying the Defined Disability”; she strives to educate society on how social barriers, like ignorance and stereotypes, that limit the disability community. Kyann is also a lover of coffee and travel.
Erin Howard, a student at Western Washington University double majoring in Physics and Math/Computer Science, is from Bremerton, Washington. They are a part of the DO-IT organization, a 2019/2020 Google Lime Scholar, and a 2021 NCWIT Collegiate Award finalist. Erin recently got into bead weaving which they find relaxing.
Jan received her BA in Education from Central Washington University and is a retired teacher. She is a children’s book author who is currently creating a nine-book series on disability inclusion. Jan also loves to travel and learning about different cultures–the excitement of new places and new foods.
