As an entrepreneur with a disability, Daman, the founder, and CEO has the first-hand experience of creating and managing a business. Daman can share his expertise in being an entrepreneur and how to get the job done.
Daman has had ten years of experience working with a range of organizations from local businesses to multinational corporations in the public and private sectors testing for IT accessibility.
Daman has a first-hand understanding of the benefits as well as the challenges of self-employment for people with disabilities. He himself has a disability and has been an entrepreneur since 2016.
Daman is also knowledgeable about services and resources that are available to entrepreneurs with disabilities. He understands how self-employment affects benefits (such as SSDI & SSI).
Daman has contributed his entrepreneurship knowledge to many training sessions and panels on the topic of self-employment. He is willing to share knowledge and experience to help others navigate their dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
Daman attributes his success to him many incredible mentors and now shares what he has learned with other people with disabilities in order for them to learn and become successful as well.
