Who is Wandke Consulting?
Daman Wandke

CEO & Founder
Daman Wandke, MBA, has ten years of experience testing Web Accessibility in the public and private sectors. As an individual with Cerebral Palsy, Daman has dedicated himself to advocating for disability rights. Daman shares his expertise on how to be an ally for the disability community. Wandke also educates students as disability studies professor at Western Washington University.
Daman is greatly involved in serving non-profits organizations. He has been inducted into the Susan M. Daniels Disability Mentoring Hall of Fame. He serves on the the Northwest Access Fund Board of Directors, and on the advisory boards for DO-IT at the University of Washington and the National Disability Mentoring Coalition.
Kyann Flint

Director of Accessibility
Kyann Flint is a passionate advocate for the disability community. As a disabled woman, Kyann strives to educate society on how social barriers, like ignorance and stereotypes, limit the disability community. Flint is also the host of the Spark Access podcast where she elevates voices of the disability community. Kyann has a leading role in developing disability inclusion training and is the lead author for the Wandke Consulting blog.
Kyann is also dedicated to serving disability nonprofits. She is the Executive Director of two non-profits: Ms. Wheelchair Washington and AbiliTrek. Kyann serves on the Sisu Children’s Fund Board. Her work in the non-profit sector educates people on how to create a more accessible world.
