Daman Wandke

CEO & Founder 

Daman Wandke, MBA, has ten years of experience testing Web Accessibility in the public and private sectors. As an individual with Cerebral Palsy, Daman has dedicated himself to advocating for disability rights. Daman has written articles, built curricula, provided web-accessibility testing, and completed numerous training sessions on how to be an ally for the disability community. Beyond this, Wandke also educates students as disability studies professor at Western Washington University.

Kyann Flint

Director of Accessibility

Kyann Flint is a passionate advocate for the disability community. As a disabled woman, Kyann lives life with the motto of “Defying the Defined Disability”; she strives to educate society on how social barriers, like ignorance and stereotypes, limit the disability community. Flint is also the host of the Spark Access Podcast, where she elevates voices to ignite change for the disability community. Kyann has a leading role in developing a disability inclusion training sessions and is the lead author for the Wandke Consulting blog.
